St Cuby is famous as the place where John Buchan wrote The 39 Steps, a first world war spy story, which has been made into 3 different film versions and is now a hugely successful London and Broadway stage play. It has recently been filmed for the BBC starring Rupert Penry-Jones of Spooks fame, and shown at Christmas 2008.

Situated in a beautiful, much sought after cliff top location on a private estate, this contemporary and comfortable first floor apartment for 4 has been fabulously refurbished in Art Deco style.  There are stunning, panoramic views from most rooms over the coastline and English Channel across to France, which can be seen on a clear day - and the streetlights at night.  It is one minute's walk down THE steps to a quiet secluded beach, although there are plenty of others to try!  Broadstairs is a three minute drive away, with all amenities including supermarket, shops, cash points etc.
