| BOOKING AND PAYMENT The booking reservation will be held for 7 days. Minimum booking deposit is £100 or one third of the total holiday rental, whichever is the greater. The full balance is required 6 weeks before arrival. Security deposit £100 to be refunded within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday. If booking 6 weeks or less before arrival, the full amount of rental must be paid at the time of the booking. We accept payment by cheque and bank transfer (free), and credit/debit card (3% surcharge). All bank charges to be borne by the holiday maker. For overseas guests, please ensure you allow sufficient funds to cover bank charges for payments. NORMAL TERMS Accommodation is normally available from 2pm on the day of arrival, and to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Late arrivals must be pre-agreed with us. Lets are usually Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks available - please enquire for rates. Sorry, no pets or smokers. Children welcome - cot and high chair by advance notice please. No extra charge. Towels, tea towels and bed linen all included at no extra charge. Please bring your own beach towels. There is £25 utilities charge October to May, £15 for the rest of the year. Access is via steps to this first floor apartment, so may not be suitable for some - Please check with us prior to booking.
